Jesus Thirsts Is Streaming

Our movie has impacted so many when it was released in theatres last year and now families and people everywhere can experience it at home within the domestic church! As the Eucharistic Revival movement continues and as we enter the Jubilee Year in the Catholic Church worldwide, Jesus Thirsts: The Miracle of the Eucharist accompanies the Church with a cinematic catechesis and powerful testimonies on the Eucharist. This film is a major tool for evangelization to reinforce what we profess and lead people to a face to face encounter with Jesus Christ. We have heard from countless people who saw it in theaters and now people can own it and tell others to do the same!

Jesus Thirsts: The Miracle of the Eucharist, is a feature-length documentary by Executive Producer Deacon Steve Greco, Executive Producer Eduardo Verástegui and Producer James Wahlberg and Writer, Director and Producer Tim Moriarty that was released in U.S. movie theatres June 4-6 nationwide. The powerful film is co-sponsored by the Diocese of Orange and put Jesus on the big screen during the national Eucharistic Revival movement within the U.S. Catholic Church. As the Church enters the Jubilee Year 2025, Jesus Thirsts continues to be a point of grace for all people.  

This visually stunning documentary offers the insights and testimonies of some of the most prominent Catholic leaders and thinkers of our era. With scenes captured across the United States and in countries including Poland, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Uganda, Canada, and Slovenia, Jesus Thirsts is a poignant exploration of the Eucharist, revered as the source and summit of Christian life.

Norbertine Father Jacob Hsieh (Shay) is a priest of St. Michael’s Abbey in Southern California. A graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas College in Santa Paula, he was ordained a priest by Bishop Kevin Vann in 2015. His work for the community includes teaching Latin to freshman and junior religion at Mary Star of the Sea High School in San Pedro, and chant at Ss. Peter and Paul Church in Wilmington, a parish. and school of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, staffed by the Norbertine Fathers.  In his priesthood, Father Jacob has immersed himself in the rich liturgical traditions of the Church, sacred music and chant, piano concertsand has a passion for sharing what he has learned with others on his Podcast The Beauty of Our Catholic Heritage, on our ministry's Podcast Spirit Filled Radio/Podcast.
